What can I expect?
We provide a safe, nonjudgemental space to explore your innermost thoughts, feelings and behaviors. With an open heart and curiosity, we'll support you in exploring your personal struggles, insights and goals.
Starting with an initial assessment, we'll explore what's going on right now, what you're interested in gaining from psychotherapy and what your overall goals may be. If psychotherapy with us appears to be a "good fit", we'll work collaboratively for either short or long term therapy, using evidenced based interventions catered to your unique needs.
- 45 or 60 minute individual sessions for adults, aged 18 years and older
- Sessions held in a comfortable, confidential, private office space or via teletherapy
- Sessions held 1-2 times per week, depending on current needs and goals
